When It Comes To Cleaning... Details Matter
Apartment, Condo, and House Move Out Checklist
Kitchen Sink/Cabinets/Floor
Clean out cabinets
Shop vacuum all drawers if needed.
Wipe down fronts (and backs if needed) of cabinets & drawers.
Wipe down shelves, as needed.
Clean countertop.
Clean around faucets, handles and knobs and sink metal.
Clean the black garbage disposal plastic ring inside of the drain.
Clean sink.
Wipe down dishwasher (sides, front and inside top) & remove debris from the bottom of the washer.
Sweep floor with broom & mop.
Vacuuming/High Dusting
Wipe all base boards.
Sweep and mop all hard floors throughout apartment, condo or house.
Vacuum all carpets.
High dusting for cobwebs in every room, if needed.

Shop vac and /or brush out cabinets and drawers.
Clean bathtub and side.
Clean shower doors & door

Wipe down towel racks.

Front Porch Area
Sweep front porch area and remove cobwebs from around outside porch light.
Stove Top and Oven Area
Clean drip pans.
Remove plastic knobs.
Open oven top and clean underneath burners.
Clean top and front of stove and oven.
To clean oven and oven window.
Pull out bottom metal drawer and wipe down.
Check vent above stove and clean.
Wall Furnace
Sweep and/or shop vac front of furnace grill, sides & top of furnace.
Switch Plates
Clean all “on/off” switch plates.
Patio
Sweep patio deck, storage closet, window tracks and sweep screen
Overhead lightbulb glass covers.
Windows
Clean all windows.
Sweep all window screens.
Clean all window blinds.
Wipe down windowsills.
Shop vac inside window tracks.
